Ehsan Charity's Compassionate Outreach: A Remarkable Health Camp in Allama Iqbal Park, District Malir, Karachi – January 7, 2024. On this benevolent Sunday, Ehsan Charity orchestrated a free medical, diabetic, and eye examination camp that left an indelible mark on the community. Over 615 patients received care, including 10 individuals identified with diabetes who were provided with glucometers and strips for a year, empowering them to monitor their blood sugar levels weekly. The dedicated staff, under the guidance of volunteers such as Dr. Khalid Siddqie, Mushtaq Ahmed Qureshi, Iqbal Khan, Saad Ahmed, Ovais Afaqi, and Dr. Saleem Rajput, not only conducted 272 eye tests but also ensured that those with diabetes were proficiently trained in using the glucometers. This initiative not only addressed immediate health concerns but also fostered a sense of community well-being and empowerment among the attendees.
